An ideal candidate will possess the following:
Preferred knowledge base
- Proactive, customer-focused approach to sales and account management
- Knowledge of steam systems in commercial and industrial settings, with a focus on health care and education sectors
Preferred skills set
- Initiate, propose and close sales deals, and also coordinate implementation and follow-up with clients and contractors
- Build customer relationships and collaborate with channel partners to drive revenue and build market share
- Pro-actively address and resolve challenging customer issues to achieve customer satisfaction
- Prepare and present effective sales presentations to client decision-makers and their staffs
- Ability to recognize and adapt to industry-shaping market trends
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills and verbal/written communication skills with proficiency in MS Office applications
